Scott paine, MBA, cmaa, cic

Scott is an experienced business and public school administrator with a demonstrated history of working in an administrative, business development, teaching, and coaching role with K-12 schools, collegiate institutions and sport organizations. He is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) via the National Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA). He has previously worked as a district level AD in the state of WA. As an AD, he was known for his tech-savvy ways of digitally streamlining his athletic department processes, documents, and systems. This has led him to work with ADs worldwide on creating the same systems and documents for their needs. He currently serves as a part of the NIAAA Teaching Faculty for the tech productivity LTCs: 613 & 614. He is also in line to join either the NIAAA publications committee or sports facilities committee.

Having been in the "trench" as an Athletic Director, his passion has become helping ADs and administrators (K-12, Collegiate, & Sport Organizations) find tech-based solutions that help themselves and their departments become more efficient and tech-savvy. This efficiency helps save time, money and redundancy, thereby allowing administrators to focus on their students, coaches, and departmental growth/school & community culture. At his core he has a heart for the athletic administration profession and looks to serve the profession as a teacher.

Regardless of the guidance you seek, he exists to teach you how to leverage the resources around you for your own future use! He thrives in supporting and serving organizations, schools, staffs, clients, and communities in creating outcomes and cultures that WIN!
